During Delivery:
We hold no liability for the flowers once delivered. In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient unless you have instructed otherwise. At all times your details will be kept confidential.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
If the reception / concierge is refusing to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient our drivers and The Flower farm is not responsible.
***Redelivery will only takes place with a redelivery fee mainly considering the drivers acceptance of redelivery, time, place of redelivery. If the driver refuses to redeliver (We use THIRD PARTY Drivers) The Flower Farm and gifts is not responsible. No Refund Provided.
Incorrect Address / Incorrect Name / Incorrect Delivery Instruction
The Flower Farm will not be responsible for failed delivery that occurs due to incorrect address (including Unit numbers) , Incorrect numbers and name. We use third party delivery drivers who delivers the flowers on the given address following any delivery instruction given. If you require redelivery, will need to charge recollection fee plus the redelivery to the correct address. Please be aware recollection would require us to physically go to incorrect address and request flowers back if they have been accepted by non recipient. Non Deliveries:
The Flower Farm do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:
*Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift.
*Address provided is incorrect.
*Occupants are not at the location
*Recipient left the Hotel / Hospital
If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made. No Redelivery. No Refund Provided.
