Delivery Policy

Sender Responsibility for Correct Delivery Details

Please ensure your orders have the correct delivery address and telephone contact details for the recipient to ensure successful delivery. In the event of incorrect address, gated premises (pin coded/gated no answer/ inaccessible), secured buildings (pin coded/gated no answer/ inaccessible or cemeteries we can not guarantee delivery. In these events the recipient will be contacted to collect delivery from our shop, or a redelivery fee will be organised. We do not deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses.

All deliveries must have a recipient contact number, preferably a mobile incase of delivery issue. ie. locked gate, unacceptable to leave, bad weather, incorrect address (may have moved), business address. We will only call recipient if deemed necessary as we understand the surprise element.

 

Monday - Friday

Online Same Day Delivery orders received by stater cutoff timed (QLD time Zone) - unavailable at peak time of Mother’s Day Week. 

Order received after this time may be delivered the same day if possible otherwise the following day. Please call 07-32072129 if missed cut off time.

Saturday & Sunday

Only local deliveries arranged by phone at the discretion of the shop. We can promptly discuss possibility of delivery and floral range available in shop for that day. Farm shop will be open for pickups incase you would like to come in and choose, or we can arrange flowers with gift card on you behalf for the recipient to collect.

Public Holidays

We are unable to make deliveries on Public Holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Funeral Home : Prior to 12 pm delivery check 07-32072129 or email. Please note extra delivery charges are charged for timed delivery. 
If the flowers are for a funeral or business we will do our best to assist with time constraints. However, we strongly recommends that you provide us with an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere if too late.

Substitution & Flower Choice Policy

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability all pictures are to be used as a guide.  Packaging and container may vary in colour.

Delivering Florist’s Designer Choice is designed and created using only the freshest daily picks from our farm gate as chosen by the florist. Because every design is unique and seasonal, we can’t guarantee exactly which flowers your florist will choose, but what we absolutely can guarantee, is that the end result will really be appreciated.

Simply choose your budget, and let our fabulous florists take care of the rest.

During Delivery:

We hold no liability for the flowers once delivered. In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient unless you have instructed otherwise. At all times your details will be kept confidential.

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

If the reception / concierge is refusing to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient our drivers and The Flower farm is not responsible.

***Redelivery will only takes place with a redelivery fee mainly considering the drivers acceptance of redelivery, time, place of redelivery. If the driver refuses to redeliver (We use THIRD PARTY Drivers) The Flower Farm and gifts is not responsible. No Refund Provided. 

Incorrect Address / Incorrect Name / Incorrect Delivery Instruction

The Flower Farm will not be responsible for failed delivery that occurs due to incorrect address (including Unit numbers) , Incorrect numbers and name. We use third party delivery drivers who delivers the flowers on the given address following any delivery instruction given. If you require redelivery, will need to charge recollection fee plus the redelivery to the correct address. Please be aware recollection would require us to physically go to incorrect address and request flowers back if they have been accepted by non recipient. We would hope the incorrect address would comply or contact us. ***Redelivery will only takes place with a redelivery fee mainly considering the drivers acceptance of redelivery, time, place of redelivery. If the driver refuses to redeliver  (We use THIRD PARTY Drivers) The Flower Farm is not responsible. No Refund Provided. 

Non Deliveries:

The Flower Farm do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:

*Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift.

*Address provided is incorrect.

*Occupants are not at the location

*Recipient left the Hotel / Hospital


If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made. No Redelivery. No Refund Provided.
